loud and obnoxious from birth, laura's passion for art began shortly thereafter. when her mum gave her watercolors at 18 months and they weren't immediately eaten (she actually painted), her family knew there was probably no hope of raising a lawyer or doctor. thanks to her parents willingness to cultivate her creative side, and her ability to paint (sort of) at age two, laura has been able to make something of this "art" business.

now 23, laura is a 2008 graduate of the illustration department at Rhode Island School of Design and has worked professionally at companies such as Osh Kosh B'Gosh, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing, and Life Is good in New York and Boston. currently laura works and lives in Massachusetts working as a Freelance Designer.

laura is passionate about nature and education and is exploring ways to combine this in her art and design.
